Sprint training unlock your speed. As a former international athlete representing Ireland and Great Britain, I bring over a decade of elite-level experience to empower athletes of all levels. My career highlights include winning a bronze medal in the 200m at the 2018 Commonwealth Games, multiple Irish national titles, and competing as an Olympic 200m semi-finalist. Since retiring from professional competition in 2022, I have dedicated myself to coaching, specialising in personal training, speed development, and strength and conditioning.
My coaching focuses on helping athletes improve sprint mechanics, enhance sport-specific performance, build strength and resilience, and reduce injury risks. I combine proven training methods with practical experience to create tailored programs that deliver real results.
As an elite coach, my goal is to inspire individuals to unlock their potential, perform with confidence, and achieve their athletic goals.
